You transport usually low density bulk, granulous or cereals and you also wish to be able to load goods conditioned on pallets. The Big Volume OptiLiner, with its construction with smooth extrusions with double skin, answers your requirements of use.

The inside smooth sides allow an easy palletization with an inner width of 2.48 m. The floor made of aluminium allows the passage of lifting trucks ISO of 5 tons. The OptiLiner has an entirely plane and smooth external surface giving you a pleasant design and allowing a marking and an advertising way for your public image. Moreover it allows an easy cleaning.

With volumes going from 46 m³ to 79 m³ for lengths going up to 13.30 m, the OptiLiner is adapted to a cereal use and dry freight. It is equipped with a cover sheet system with side rolling up which will protect the load.

But it is first of all a tipper, and its great robustness allows you to transport low density bulk such as vegetables, pulps and wood chips. Its frontal ram allows important tipping angles.

a side roll cover sheet which will protect the cargo.

Safety Stability

Automatic locking and blocking device of the

body on the chassis to reduce noise pollution.

• Bolted aluminium walkway in conformity with

the requirements of safety regulation standards.

• Reinforced stability: optimization of the

distance between chassis members to

1350 mm, and cranked chassis with tunnel body.

As the centre of gravity is lower, the vehicle has

better stability.

• Rear support legs are standard equipment on

the vehicles longer than 12 meters.

• Box structure at rear to provide stability when

tipping.

Longevity Robustness

• Design of the side walls allowing a greater

rigidity.

• Telescopic roof bows with straps under each

bow resistant to 4.5 tons push.
